I have migrated from Airtel to Vodafone few months back. Along with me, 2 of my friends have also migrated from their airtel connection to vodafone. We all 3 face a strange problem. We all use Nokia phones E05, N8 and 701. And we normally connected to edge internet 24x7 as we use NMS to view corporate mails in our phones. The signal goes completely off (dead signal) often. This happens only when we are connected to edge internet. when i switch off NMS, phone does not need internet and it disconnects the edge. We dont face this signal problem when the phone is not connected to internet. We really need to be connected to internet 24x7 to view and reply our emails in real time basis.

I subcribed to 3g few months back after migration and i never faced this problem in their 3g service. Also we never faced this problem in airtel 3g or edge internet.

We lodged the complaints already with vodafone and never got resolution so far.
