    Default Worst customer care service from VodaFone Customer care and unable to solve the query

    Hi
    This is to bring to your notice vodafone customer care is not able to handle the technical query of customer .I have bought the vodafone mbile broadband. i am using it on my laptop running on window7 .after installtion when i am trying to clic on vodafone mobile broadband icon am getting oneParamException

    I called customer care about 5-6 times. and even after explaning the same problem them again ..they are not able to help me.the worst experience from vodafone i had .How long you will take to solve my query.

    Welcome to India Broadband Forum

    The issue which you are facing is an issue with your computer and not with Vodafone services so they would not be able to help you with this. You need to upgrade/install .NET Framework on your computer and if it is already installed then try to run .NET Framework cleanup utility by Microsoft and then install .NET Framework again. It should resolve your issue.

    Dear , have you mentioned or promoting anywhere that before using vodafone broadband .Net framework needs to be installed, and when calling to your customer care they have not been given any training on the same so that can helped me while calling them

    Hi Vishwas

    First I would like to tell you that its not my/our customer care, I DO NOT represent Vodafone and I am not a Vodafone employee. I am just another member of this forum (like you) and Vodafone need not to mention anything about .NET Framework as it is a part of Windows updates and seems like the one installed on your computer is outdated/not working or has gone corrupt. You may try to follow above mentioned steps and update if it helps or not.
