i got a worst experience with a vodafone representative today.I went to a vodafone store to de activate my number.i waited for nearly 1 hour.Then a represntative called me.her name is adila.i told her i want to deactivate my card.So again asked me to sit for some time.After sometime she again called me and gave me a mail ID saying that just sent a mail to this id they will deactivate ur number.i called customer care and told them that i want to cacel my number so whats the procedure.he replied me u have to deactivate in vodafone store only.i told him that that lady is asking me to send mail.He told me that you can deactivate only in store and he asked me to pass my mobile to her.When i gave my mobile to her she said we wont talk with customer care.
Then after talking to him he canceled my number.
If she never spoke to their customer care executive then to whom she will talk whether to airtel or aorcell executives.
I took leave in after noon and came to that store but she is insulting the customer like this.
She is thinking that she is having crown in her head.She is here to fullfill their customer queries.
Shame on that girl
