Vodafone has just launche 2gb unlimited GPRS at RS:98, those who has balance of above 100 can send a msg to *121*98# to activated this service...
Min balance of Rs:1 is need for browsing...

i dont know what happened to Vodafone, in may area, their network is very poor nowadays(even in main city centre) and they havent sent me any config settings, with thousand calls i did to them...


i think they are wanting to leave the comptt,. now.

Same for me too....

Some time signal strength goes down to 1 and msgs are not delivering properly...

This GPRS sucks cant even run speed test mini to check the speed...

Now using Airsel back for browsing, waste of money and time spending on vodafone....

I am left with just one option... thats Idea... 20 bucks a day... because in my place, even Aircel doesnt even give proper network...

BSNL gives good speed (tower nearby) but i cannot recharge for UL 274 plan... i dont know what happened to BSNL recharging system... doesnt sent activation msg..

wat r the tariff plans for Idea

^^ there is no tariff available with idea for except 99/month mobile browsing...

you have to pay them 20/- a day for unlimited access.. speeds are best, but 630Rs/ a month is trully money taking..

i think IDEA should also bring FUPs..

2gb unlimited? is the speed 2Gbps? or does it have a 2GB per month data transfer limit and is not unlimited?

speed is 256kbps AFAIK. max data transfer is 2GB.

Too bad it aint for Postpaid users.

Will this same plan works in 3G also?

What is the speed you get with this plan? can you browse the internet or is it only best for checking email only?

instead of this , we can take broadband connections.

Rs 14 gives 200 mb/3 days
Rs 98 gives 2 Gb /30 days

In the last 1 week I have tried the above 2 plans in 3 G enabled sims and it is giving amazing 3 G speeds (up to 4 .5 mbps) in the same cost of Gprs pack,
Rs 549 pack 1 Gb for 6 months - dont know whether it gets "E" or "H/3 G"

But in Rs 599 /1 month un limited pack- I got royally screwed . It is fixed at "E" speeds only even though they claim sim is 3 G enabled!!!!

In the next 1 week you can enjoy 3 g speeds in Rs 14 or rs 98 packs only.
3g trial will end by April 1st week or sooner (when they announce 3G data pricing) & you can not demand 3 g speed in 2g Gprs pack.

Speed test using Voda data stick 3570z using a 3 G pre paid sim with Rs 14 /200 mb gprs pack.

isn't there a 97 rs GPRS Plan with a daily capping of 69mb in kerala?

No more 2gb its only 1gb now & after every use of data I get automatic notification of how much I have used & how much is left.

Are you not getting that notification?
