Default Free calls to a number?

I'm looking for a vodafone plan which would provide free calls to another number, which is also Vodafone. If not free, very cheap calls to that number.
Which Vodafone plan would suit me here?

I think there is a bonus card which you can get which costs Rs199 and it gives unlimited local vodafone to vodafone free minutes. The cards last for 30 days.

But this is only avalible in some states and not all, and I am not sure for which states this offer applies to.

In Kerala there is a Rs.15 offer of validity 30 days.....
You can call a Vodafone number at 20ps/min....

So paying Rs.200, you can talk about 925 mins = 15hrs (approx)

If you are going to speak more than this, go for the Plan Preeti said.....

Actually for night calling, we have Rs 22 recharge for 15 days, so for a month its Rs 44. It really saves you money if you talk a lot at nite

Na I don't really talk much at night. So any other plans, from ANY operator in mind? Cheapest/Free calls to a particular number. The closest I got was the Vodafone friend circle, Rs 15/month, 20p/min.

now a days there is no unlimited plans all having FUP.
121rs recharge in vodafone gives you 10ps/min to all vodafone (local).
if you have only one vodafone call rs 15rs recharge is enought coz
you can recharge for 15rs for the offer and 100rs for talktime and talk more.

Vodafone has closed that plan like 3 years ago, it only works for customers using before that.

I have a plan with rental of 399/month where Voda to voda (local and STD seperate) calls are 10p/mn for first 1000 calls. So if your calls are within 1000 u can go for it.

If you want non-vodafone then Reliance has Free local calls to all reliance mobiles @ around 300/month.
