Hi,
Feels good to be back to take your help once again.

I wanted to know if there is anyway to find the details of the owner of a VODAFONE & a RELIANCE number apart from calling the customer care.I have a couple of numbers who have been pestering me to the limit.I do know in which state they are located in INDIA...If only you could guide me as to how to get their details.

and to know which state the numbers belong to that you can check online, try searching google with keywords " mobile number series in India" click any first 4 links except and and click website provided in it. you have to enter full 10 digit number there to see where it belongs to
