Default Does Vodafone Customer Care bar you from calling the customer care?

I had received a SMS from Vodafone stating that my porting request(MNP) has been rejected due to contractual obligation. I called up to find out the details about rejection. They said it had been sent from the Government and told me to call up again after some time to know further details. I spoke to the customer care executives thrice on the same day, but they could not give any valid explanations.
After that I couldn't contact the customer care executives from my mobile, then I visited their store to know the reasons about rejection, they told me that my connection was under enterprise account, even though bills has been paid by me personally. I applied for changing status of account from enterprise to personal. When I asked them about me not being able to contact their customer care, they said it is due to some technical problems.
Even after 4 days it has not been resolved and they are not even changing the status of my account. Today I called up their customer care using the landline(which costs Re 1/min), then one executive told me that I have been barred from talking to their customer care using my mobile since I had called them thrice in a day!!! Does this mean we can't get our issues resolved by calling customer care executives more than once in a day?? Surprising...

Then company can block your no...

^^ My number is working fine. Only concern is that I am not able to speak to customer care executives from my mobile. Porting out will happen after Vodafone changes the status of my account. It's my document only not of anyone else.

Ya, they can bar you from calling if you use abusive lang which I guess you didn't did . One of my friend abused vodaphone cc thrice and he was barred for few days.

My call was put on mute.. the funny part is that the CC exec realised he accidently pressed the unmute button and he was cursing himself ...very funny .. but let me tell u ... its apparent that the call is dropped if they r not in a situation to help u... very strange ..
