I have been using vodafone since 2003... And the service provided by vodafone is always satisfactory... But now why has vodafone not started giving 200 message/day when all other service providers have started giving the service??? As per new trai norms msg limit has been increased from 100 to 200 and still inspite of paying Rs.102/month(which is the most in Gujarat of all the service providers), we are still getting only 100... Even in customer care people say that it would be 100 only... Thats really awful... If this continues like this many of us will be forced to change our service provider... Even i have mailed in vodafone but there's no response...
Kindly look into the matter or we students have to opt for some other mobile operators..
