I have seen/used many technicques to make an absolutely free call to US and some other countries like Singapur, China etc.

but i am yet to find any VOIP service provider which allows to call to an Indian Mobile/Fixed numbers?

if anyone knows something in this regard then please tell us here.

*jaxtr was providing this kind of service but i thing they have closed there free service, also using jaxtr u can call(free) a number say XYZ only once.
