I'm unable to connect my Vonage IP Phone. :helpsmilie:
I have disconnected it 3 days ago because of several unwanted calls (For Insurance, Advertisements....... and blah blah..:helpsmilie
While starting it shows :
-Powering up
.
-Connecting to Internet
.
-Retrieving profile
.
-Retrieving IP address
.
-Connected to Internet
.
-Retrieving profile
.
-Error [Code 004]
.
.
-Rebooting
.
(And again all the above steps)
On hooking up the receiver I can hear only "Your vonage device can not connect the internet.."
