Question Vonage Error [Code 004] - Help

I'm unable to connect my Vonage IP Phone. :helpsmilie:

I have disconnected it 3 days ago because of several unwanted calls (For Insurance, Advertisements....... and blah blah..:helpsmilie

While starting it shows :

-Powering up
.
-Connecting to Internet
.
-Retrieving profile
.
-Retrieving IP address
.
-Connected to Internet
.
-Retrieving profile
.
-Error [Code 004]
.
.
-Rebooting
.
(And again all the above steps)

On hooking up the receiver I can hear only "Your vonage device can not connect the internet.."

A detailed post seems, i missed uploading.
any way see this

192.168.15.1
try router password also router.
vonage.jpg

Check cables again. Hope you have not
interchanged the bright blue and dark blue Rj45.
They are different . Bright blue only 4 contacts.

Thanks, Let me try it. It was working with same CAT5 cable and same arrangements a few days ago.

I'll try with that IP address.
