Reliance has many services and out of the many they have is Reliance Global Call which is an international long distance calling service. This is service which is being used by many people around the world.

You are able to call over 200 different countries across the world. There are many features with Reliance Global Call such as the one touch dialing, unmatched voice clarity, auto recharge and also easy dial, along with the most important feature and advantage which is their affordable calling rates.

When using the Reliance Global Call service you will find a big difference when it comes to voice clarity as there are no lags, echoes or call drops, and this is because Reliance Global Call use fiber optic and satellite connectivity.

No matter where you call from you can get 24 x 7 access to Reliance Global Call customer service center and their website for any issues or problems you may have.

Call rates differ depending on where you are calling from. But for an example if you are calling from India to USA on a landline it would cost you Rs2.49 and calling a mobile in the USA would cost you Rs2.49.

When placing calls through registered phone number you need to do the following:

1. First dial the toll free of the toll access number
2. Follow the instructions given on the phone to enter the pin
3. When asked through the phone enter the destination country code and city code and the number

If you do not have a pin number (as there are some pin less accounts such as through registered phones) then simply skip step number 2.

When dialing through a unregistered phone number you need to do the following:

1. First dial the toll free or toll access number
2. Follow the instructions on the phone and then when asked enter the 11 digit registered phone number and then the pin
3. When asked enter the destination country code, city code and then the number

Example:
To call Mexico City landline number 5123 4519; dial 52(country code) + 55 (area code) + 5123 4519 (destination number).
Do not dial international access code '00'.

I think skype is a lot cheaper then Reliance global call/Reliance India call and I used skype to call India a lot recently and found it good enough.

Although Skype is cheaper but for those who don't have a Skype enabled phone, Reliance India Global Call will be more convenient.
