Things have changed a lot in the past few years. Internet has brought a revolution to the world of communication years back but in the last few years it has been possible to make the use of internet to make free calls. Yes, that is absolutely true what you have heard! Making calls from Internet is absolutely free now! But how far this statement is applicable let us find out!

Well, when we talk of making calls free using internet we have to keep in mind that that is not applicable to calls made to mobile or landline in most cases. The third requirement is off course to get the software downloaded that will enable you to make free calls using internet. There are some popular software packages like Skype, StanaPhone and others which are easily available for download in the internet. Download them and install in your PC.

The fourth requirement is that the person or the PC to which you will make call should also have the similar software. Both the communicators mush have individual login ID and be in the friend list for chatting and calling.

Once you are done with all this. You just have to login and find the friend who is online at the moment to call. You will have options of call and chat in the home page. Click which ever you wish to. Thus this is how to call free using internet.

There is also option to call mobiles and landlines using this software but for that you have to subscribe the plans that the company has. The call charges are quite less than normal calling rates.
