Actually I am not very familiar with VOIP although I had heard this in the web..and even came across with a forum that tackles the issue of a certain gadget that will be installed in the pc to be able to call internationally..using a wireless phone..but its for a fee..so I think not good idea..

As on date, Skype remains the leader in VOIP.

For Evaphone, the free call is only 10-30 seconds, which is practically useless.

you can also use windows messenger for voip, oovoo, icq, and even yahoo have a voip program for free - all of them are free !!
