Thread: Reliance Global Call reduces calling rates to 1.99 cents/min

Great news! Reliance Global Call further reduces its calling rates to India. They now offer India calling at a flat rate of 1.99 cents a minute on toll access and 2.99 cents a minute on toll free under their simply reliance plan.
It seems they are replicating the flavor of their flagship company Reliance communications who recently launched some new offers in the Indian market with Hrithik Roshan as their brand ambassador.
Reliance global call is also offering free international calling talktime worth upto Rs.800 to call from India to their customers.
Reliance global call’s simply reliance plan is valid till 8th Feb 2009 but the talktime is valid till 31st December 2010.

I would still prefer Airtel as their call rates are 1.67 cpm or Yupeephone which gives you same for 1.9 cents.

I WAS interested in the Reliance Global Call service. However, recently, every time I try to phone them there is just music - no recorded message or indication that somebody will answer - and no answer. So, I thought I would email them. It has been over a week without even a response on the email.
In fact, now I am getting spam messages originating from the Reliance domain that I didn't used to get before.
So, how can you be assured of any customer service after you have signed up if they cannot even answer a simple query before you have signed up??????
