I am in Dubai Now, and here the govt is blocking all the VOIP sites and software as soon as they recieve the information from the internet, so i already lost lot of money coz they banned the sites( software) which i use for calling india, and using a proxy software is again a legal problem here, unlike in india you cannot question their rights to fine us and here the punishments are too civiar ... so i thought i will not take chance...

I have an internet connection at home, BSNL unlimited home connection, now i wnt to know which is the best ( CHEAPEST) Voip software for my family can use to call me that is from INDIA TO UAE... not from UAE to INDIA.

here all sites are blocked so cannot browse and check about the availability of it,
I know some people will be thinking then why you cannot use Gtalk and all.. but i dont have internet connection in my room ( which is again expensive)

Help will be appreciated, please only give calls from india to UAE not any other countries.
