there is a possiblity to use webphone - calling directly from website like on monkpower.com - this is normal voip but goes in http protocols no in voice protocols (sip or h323 ) though cant be blocked as they had to block normal websites.
and this is cheap - india less then 0,03 euro and very good quality. what is more u dont need to install any software so can use on company or university computers.
