Ok, so this is my latest find on the internet..

Untill now, we were able to listen to streaming music, F.M,. now its time for the shortwave..

So this site globaltuners.com gives you access to different recievers which are remotely controled by the computer, based on the digital systems and softwares, it gives you back live a.m reception..

Though the site is great, but there are some drawbacks like, guest users(less than 2 weeks old members) wont be able to tune into specific frequencies.. and the registration should be approved first than you can activate your login.

i see a big list of worldwide transcievers with which you can tune into different stations. I tuned to radio australia on the default frequency of one such reciever. You can also chat with the radio op (if he is online) and many other facilties like that..


I am right now enjoying, and its working very nicely even on the docomo dialup.. give it a try,... and they are strict on abusers so be safe and net happy
