i want to know how i use bsnl voip.
i have teracom modem.
is voip free or need to be activate like broadband.

Broadband connection is required.
Ask your friend or relative abroad ( specially U.S) to send you the unit
OOMA or Vonage with a U.S telephone number.
They have to pay the subscription . All your calls free via Internet.
