Thread: VOIP Calls From India to US,Brazil,Belgium,Netherlands

Hi All,
My name is Samit. My company keeps in contact with people in Belgium,Netherlands,Brazil,United States. Now we want to reduce communication expenses (Our call frequency will only increase).

I heard VOIP is a cost effective solution. However I don't have any idea of

1) Who are the providers in India?
2) How much would the costs work out?
- Hardware
- Bandwidth etc.

Can you guide me or provide me references for the answer.

I'm kinda green ( read New) to VOIP so pardon my ignorance.

VOIP is extremely cost effective and to be honest I am in love with voip but the voip equipment is a little bit on the costlier side although you will recover the costs within days.
I would suggest you try avaya solutions if yours is a big office and if you want to do everything yourself you can go with skype given the ease of use and cost effectiveness.

With skype your calling costs will come down to a bare minimum but make sure you dont call any mobiles in Europe coz it would put a hole in your pocket as it costs a lot.

Check out skype.com for their rates. If you want to save on equipment I can suggest one thing just buy every one a wifi enabled windows based phone and set up wifi at your office building and let every one download skype on their phones and they will be able to make and recieve international calls from their mobiles

Lol.. Its expensive but at par with voip phones check out the latest voip phone prices and you will find mobiles phones to be a little bit on the cheaper side

If u want to make calls to USA
then i have a hack with which u will be able to call USA for unlimited minultes

I have posted that in selling forum
the hack costs just 7 $ per ip
