I am not aware of a web host that specifically offers audio streaming service. I would rather suggest you to sign-up for a VPS package with a web hosting provider. Get a audio streaming application installed onto the server and start with audio stream yourself. You can even sell this service to customers as you would be provided with root access to the VPS which would enable you to create customer accounts.

I have been a customer of Host.co.in, hence I can suggest you to check with them.They operate 24x7 and can be contacted via Live Chat or Phone at any point of time.
