try wifi4india they have basic to business class hostings

Why Indian hosting? If you have a Master/VISA capable debit or credit card, there are lots of companies with much cheaper rates....

well, Indian Hosting are not so cheap, go for some good hosts.

I use My365host, i had to pay 8$ for 3 months (3$ Discount), uptime of forum is v good and also the admin is v good and helps a lot.

I also prefer using US hosting, no matter what. US hosting is more advanced feature than India enable to provide. And secondly, US hosting is more cheaper as well...
So i still recommend you to look for US hosting to compare before making purchase

i was using "e web guru" (web hosting -Gold Plan @ Rs.3195 Annually) although they committed me unlimited email ids..after certain limit it doesn't allow to create new ids.and they have bad customer support too.now i switched to Qualispace...they provided Complete website @ Rs.1999/-
i found it reasonable..i am new to Qulaispace but as if now.They have a good Product and Customer support.

Check Znet- plan name under starter rs 101 monthly and more category like silver, silverplus, gold.
Hostgator is also one of the best they have plans like hatchling plan , baby plan, business plan
Check which plan suits you and purchase accordingly.

well, it depends on what exact features do you need for your website.

Most Domain providers have similar rates, Namecheap and Godaddy are good, but if you don't have credit card to link into your Paypal you can try for India LInks (just go for domain, don't go for hosting)

If you are searching for a Indian host with Indian Data center than go for either Hostgator or Hostdime.
