    Default www.turnkeyinternet.net webhosting review

I am in the process of signing up for a hosting account with turnkeyinternet.net but things have not turned out the way they are supposed to be. Turnkeyinternet.net has a problem with my paypal payment so they wanted me to scan the transaction page.. I dont know how that is going to help but lets not get into that. I then created another account bought a different hosting package and paid with a debit card instead which is issued by ICICI bank in India and guess what? Now they want me to scan the front and back of my debit card and also send them a photo ID.

The initial thing I signed up for was some $48 a month but now with the debit card I tried getting a $7.50 a month shared account and it doesnt look like they want my business atall. I am not sure what I have done to piss them off.

Last message I sent them was saying I refuse to send you my photo ID and I am not sending scanned copy of my debit card either. I did offer to make a payment using a debit or credit card issues by a UK or USA bank but I refuse to be treated differently then what standard practice is. I sent the last message about 15 mins ago and I am waiting to hear from them.

If they sell me the hosting account I will write an ongoing review of their hosting service. It is just that I am not used to os being picked up from the que and strip searched thats all. I hope better sense prevails at their end and they stop wasting more time over my $7.50 account. It is just not worth their or my time... is it?

I got a reply saying they "do" need my debit card's scanned copy of both front and back. I want to know who in their right mind would scan their debit card both front and back and send it to a company in USA or elsewhere for that matter and risk their hard earned money?

I would like to quote a line from my banks website : "Never give a photocopy of the back of your card to anyone for any reason, even if it is an application for a new credit card."
You can find it on this page : ICICI Bank Ltd - Debit Card do's and don'ts

My account that I signed up for shows a suspended page Never had that before in my life. I have send them this link from ICICI bank's website and the line so they know I am not making this up. Lets see what they decide. I don't like this atall.

Arrogance is the word I should have used to describe :
    turnkeyinternet.net

I still get their spam that I never subscribed to in my inbox. I replied to their e-mails saying stop spamming my inbox but they seem to have decided that they wont sell me anything but would keep advertising defies all logic! Does it not?

TurnkeyInternet.net wont stop sending their spam to my inbox. I have even tried hitting spam button but some of it still manages to pass through. TurnkeyInternet you suck!

This is very strange, i never dealt with them, but deal with many web hosts(US, UK hosts) on a regular basis. never had to verify like this. may be you need an alternative.
