You can move the location of "My Documents" to another drive. If you have large amount of data in "My Documents" that will free up a lot of space from C drive where it is located as default.

for this you need to reinstall your OS and need to create partition again, better idea is to move My Documents so that you can get some more space for your OS on C

Can't you use a Partition Manager to Resize Partition ?
Or did I missed something ?

Yes that's what I said (that's what I thinks). Or was that wrong.

Well I don't have much knowledge with partition. But still wanted to help. I also wanted to know why no one mentioned using Partition Managers.

Its not possible for everyone to know everything... each one of us have knowledge about different things... and we should share it...whenever possible... even if u think u might be wrong... therez no harm... people will correct u... thats how it works here... isn't it?

OK. I am not an expert. But from what I know, it is not possible to modify the boot partition size. If you do, the partition needs reformating. I wonder if this Partition Magic can circumvent the problem.

Yeah! But everyone replied here are pros with computer(from my point of view). That's why I was so confused. I read the first post several times to make sure.

I haven't used Partition Magic and EASEUS Partition Manager on a logical disks (full of data). And resized without any problem. Never used on main drive ( C: drive ).

I thought there must be a good reason why no one mentioned using Partition Managers. Thats all.

I edited my first post. It sounded like I was challenging you or something.

I have used Partition Magic 8.0 in the past without any problems, but it's always best to take a backup of any important data before trying it in case something goes wrong.

EASEUS Partition Manager claims that it can change the boot drive partion size to without loss of data.

It never safe to resize partition, it's always not stable. You have to format disk again.
