Default Boot DOS from USB drive ?

I'd like to boot DOS (for simple file and folder management atleast) from any usb drive. Does any one knows about some utilities like that ?

I am not sure whether DOS can address NTFS and large partitions.

There are some dos versions (not ms dos) in Ultimate Boot Disc which can access NTFS partitions.

U can use "readntfs.exe" to read ntfs partitions in dos mode. It can even run from 98/ME startup disk.
