HI,
Plz let me know the steps to install new themes on vista home

Which themes ? Please make a more detailed and clear post.

Desktop themes I guess.The method should be similar to XP.

1. Install this software : Vista Glazz .exe and patch your vista files...

2. then run the "***.theme" file..

He could have downloaded some windows blind themes without installing windows blinds. Or some other similar software like Theme Manager 3, etc.

I never heard of that, in any case if u d/l from stardock website, u should be ok..

There is a theme for windows xx but works after using uxtheme patch
