    hi guys i am raj i want to give password to my all important document but i don't know how to give plz help me and do reply

    U can use password generators to help u generate passwords. Google is your friend.

    To password protect MS-Office documents, do the following:

    a) Main Menu --> File --> Save As
    b) Click on the Tools button on Save as dialog box
    c) Select General Options
    d) Give passwords to open and modify document.

    here only you can add the option to make the file read only.
