    Default 2 Different RAM

    Hi,

I used to have a 512 MB and 256 MB RAM on my system. Since they have different frequency I removed the 256 MB one. The system is much slow now. Can I replace it. Will that cause any problem. Please let me know. I am posting the screen shots.

ie, I can use them? It wont cause any problems later. Like I was unknowingly using it for a few months.

no it should not cause any problem, the only thing which is possible in some cases is slow speed.

It should not cause any problem to your motherboard and if any issue happens with ram then system will not boot in first place.

it is better to get the 200 MHz RAM...because your system will stick to lowest RAM speed that is 166 MHz
