Thread: Firewall in Windows 7 RC

hi,

Which firewall will work with Windows 7 RC 7100.

I just installed Zonealarm free. It got installed, but the program control appears blank. It seems it will not work in 7 RC. Please share the firewall you use.

Just tried Comodo. Even that is having problems.

you can install and use AVG 8.5
during first hand testing in used that only and it worked fine, if you face any problems in installation then install it in compatibilty with windows vista. It should work fine for you.

i m using Eset smart security 4.0, its works fine, u can give it a try (but its nt free)

McAfee,Kaspersky is fully compatible with Windows 7

Zone alarm is not compatible with Windows 7

Also

ESET is indirectly compatible with Windows 7

commodo worked fine for me, when i tried 2 days back

When I tried, it got installed. But it is showing errors. Virtually not working. Now only Avast in my W7. Not using much as I prefer a firewall.
