    Default Best Email Client software

I've been using Mozila Thunderbrid for quite sometime now but since it is giving pain to my neck in recent days I've come across a question as to which is the best email client in today's times?
The Email client must have prior features:-
    1.Free (like Thunderbrid)
    2.easy confg.
3.maintain Ur email with no great fuss
    4.Good & easy interface
And the rest features are as Ur knowledge?unk:

Try Incredimail, you will never use anything else. It is so good and a piece of cake to configure.

I am using it and quite happy with its performance.

I've used both incredimail and thunderbird.

I don't see thunderbird missing any of the features you mentioned.

Does Thunderbird have those flashy stuff. Animations, emoticons, backgrounds etc ? Used long back. Felt ok.

No, I don't think so. Its interface is simple and to the point.

But one thing about Incredimail, its quite buggy when multiple accounts are used or atleast thats what happened in my case.

Default How can you doubt Mozilla

Mozilla rides the email client and web browser arena with firefox and thunderbird. Its the best I've ever seen. I'm sure those who say Outlook haven't tried THUNDERBIRD before.

Incredimal 2 is out. Really good features. It is like Windows 7. As npu mentioned it may have some errors. Luckily I never experienced any. I have 3 email accounts configured.

thunderbird + reminderfox addon gives a very effective personal information manager. something that other email clients do not offer.

Avoid using Email Clients for Gmail.

If you are a bulk receiver.

Whenever you login you flood gmail retrieving your inbox.

Result in your account gets flood makes you to get your gmail account disabled

surprising never had any such problem. Did you get it back ? Did you contact them.

An alternative is to use offline gmail, using FF and google gears.

And I use way2sms to alert me whenever i receive an email.

you wont have this trouble if you use the header only option of email softs..

this just give the overview of the header of the message(subject sender) so it takes less space... and you can see which mail is important and whcih is not.

Sometimes it has a problem when you import mails en-mass.

I have used outlook 07 since it came out. The +s far outweigh the -s by a great margin.
