@Rajan i was just wondering {out of curiosity} the windows logo's which you have put on the page ........ i mean does one really need to get the consent of the owner for the use of the copyrighted material b'coz these are microsoft's trademark .......... please do let me know what the rules say .....

No i do not have permission to use those logos. But, If i m to review windows, how do i get the logo ? shall i mail and ask them for it ? In fact even if your review is about say ummm even pizza hut's new pizza then how will you get its pic ?(with actually taking one at the shop).

Also, those 2 logos are taken from different sources and made 1 by me, so it my pic

but seriously bro does one really need to ask for permission from the owner of the copyrighted material ......... i'm asking this b'coz does this fall into google TOS for adsenses etc. ........ ??

I mean if you want to use a chart from say hexus.net for your review, you can ask them for permission. They had granted it to a fren of mine. I really dont know about microsoft.

Right now, i m not using adsense as my application got rejected. I will apply after 6 months or during early dec (around Christmas time).

I have seen some others on that site use it too and they are not having issues with adsense.

I have tried to be very careful about my pics in all my reviews. Out of 50, only about 3 are not owned by me.

It would be better to ask meetdilip or admin about it as they would know better. I have had my blog for just 2 day. I m very much in the process learning.
