Default What is MSDN/MSDNAA & what you get when you have subscriptions in them?

MSDN(Microsoft Developer Network): This is an initiative by Microsoft to build trust with hardware/software developers by giving software tools. Also they get access to MSDN Library which is official documentations of windows. These subscriptions are bought by Software developers, testers, architects professional designers and web developers. These subscriptions ranges from 699$to10000$( renewal costs is is lower somewhere three times less). They depends upon what you need & in incidents relating situations & support.

MSDNAA ( MSDN Academic Alliance): This is an initiative to to avail the budding software developers ( i.e. those who are studying) & their faculty inexpensive latest software from Microsoft. They can only be bought by educational institutions. They get four free phone support. Students get software for free & their faculty pay an annual subscription.

Note: These software are not to be used in businesses & they are same as what you get in dvd.

In both we have to download. The software dvd/cd don't come at home. people having these subcriptions get software much earlier than what normal people get. ( I am currently downloading windows7 through wine for review).

    I have a msdnaa account.
