    Default Setting a Background

The picture that appears on the desktop is called background. You can change the background picture on the desktop. Window XP provides a set of background pictures from which you can choose the background you want. To change the background, right click anywhere on the blank area of desktop. Click properties and you will get “Display Properties” dialog box. Click the desktop tab. Now click the background from the background list, click “Apply” and then click “OK”. Similarly you can also “Browse” images from hard drive & put the as background. To position the background, click Centre, Tile or Stretch in the Position box. Click “Apply” & then click “OK”.

Every kid may know about it, but every kid dos start somewhere, new things are not already feeded into the brain. And Although every kid will know about this or you can say a majority of people, but there are some people (talking about those who are elders or maybe be in late 30's) who may not be so educated and have never used a computer before, and for them this kind of information is really good.

In Xp Pro Sp3, the pictures loaded in
    folder "My Pictures" automatically get
    added to the desktop list.
