Some private trackers are very, very strict. Even if you are a honest user there is good chance of getting banned because of the internet speed/limit or lack of leechers. This software can be really useful then. They will find out if you get greedy and used this software get a "Power User" or similar status. This software doesn't interfere with other seeders/leechers and only send fake status to the tracker. I don't think there is a way for them to find out if you use this wisely and keep a low profile.
I tested this with a simple open registration tracker and seems to work fine.

Is speedtest.net a tracker? And what does Warez sites exactly do? I always hear about them from other people and some forums as well and so I'm just curious.
No, speedtest.net is not a tracker. Its simply a website which you can visit and measure your maximum upload and download speeds. It serves different purposes as well, like it can confirm your location to any user. That is, whether you are from where you are claiming to be from (). Mostly useful on torrent sites, etc.
Warez sites are sites that let you download illegal and pirated stuff mostly from file hosting services like rapidshare, megaupload, etc. Since these applications are uploaded by single members and not like torrents which are shared by many, you can never be sure that the file contains malware free content. Ratio Faker is one tool which claims that you cannot be caught, but its very easy for any admin of a torrent site to catch you by checking the upload and download of a suspected torrent. Say you upload 300 MB and claim to upload 3 GB, there must be some user who has consumed that 2700 MB, but since there is none, you'll most easily be identified. Higher level trackers are the most ban happy trackers, and never try to do any such thing over there. I've seen people lose their accounts within half an hour of using such softwares!

hi there ..i don't think i can use this kind of tool..i mean spoofing or whatever..just curious though what gain we gain get by using this kind of tool? can you please give me one good reason for using it?

I am not forcing anybody. I have a ratio of 3.5 with regular seeding using a 256 Kbps connection. When I got a new software, I posted here. Sorry, I wont repeat the mistake.
not bad. I am also on same connection and on DT i have a share ratio of 630.50 and on BwT i have 9.0

No body can guarantee that content on such sites is harmless. I myself have seen packs containing numerous viruses from sites like tinydl
Better to upload and maintain a good ratio, IMHO!
