Thread: 3GP converter. Please help

My friend got a mobile which can play 3 GP files. Need a converter which will work on Windows 7 and convert video files into 3gp files. Thanks in advance.

E. M. Total Video Converter is shareware. It's a good media converter if you are familiar with codecs, bit-rate, frame-rate etc.
