    ImgBurn is a handy software.......
It can create iso from disc, files and folders etc etc........
    Can also burn as well............
Most importantly, it is free and lightweight............

In my opinion, PowerISO is the easiest to use and more stable/reliable than MagicISO. The interface is also much more user friendly.

    Yeah Power ISO Rocks!

it has a simple interface like winrar and has Virtual Drive too.

but Magic ISO can create bootable disks which Power ISO Cannot.

I have never burned bootable disc, except operating system ISO files which are already bootable. So don't know how it works. The option is available in Action menu. I am using PowerISO version 4.6.
