    Default Windows 7 bsod

In my laptop i have VISTA and WIN 7 Ultimate 64 Bit dualboot.

In Win 7 whenever the laptop wakes-up from sleep this Blue Screen comes and it creates the dump file and restart the system, i have no idea what is creating the problem and and fleeing bit lazy to find out the solution.

Will appreciate if anybody can provide some input.

    Dump Details are here:

    seems like a driver issue.
ensure that u have all latest drivers for Win7.then try.
    if not working try reinstalling.

and is the dump file created in vista when waking up.

Yes it was because for the Microsoft's default driver, problem got solved when updated with device specific driver supplied by hardware manufacture.

Normally bue screen of death comes due to the memory problems or unsupported driver files. in your problem, the BSD appearing whenever u're wakin up. I think this is because of a matched video/graphic driver. try installing updated video/graphic driver for the system., and also try by re-installing the OS. this may fix ntoskernl.exe
