Enabling Hidden Regional Themes in Windows 7


When we install windows 7 we are asked to select language and location and based on that we get a location specific Aero theme, now we will see how we can access other hidden themes from different countries.

When we go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization we will find only one theme under My Themes.

To access other location specific themes just go to Strat Menu and type following path and press enter.

C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT
In MCT folder you will find themes for Australia, Canada, Britain, US, South Africa.

Now go to the Theme folder and double click on the Windows theme file to add it to your My themes section.
