Windows Genuine users are well supported by Microsoft. Microsoft spends more time in issuing patches and updates than creating operating system. XP still receives updates for genuine copies. But Microsoft hit a new rock with Windows 7 operating system. Microsoft blog is flooded with complaints of frequent BSOD after a recent update in February. Users complain that a particular patch is causing the problem. Microsoft forums are flooded with the issue. But Microsoft has a completely different answer for the issue. According to them, it could be a difficult to detect root kit causing the problem. The update in question is MS10-015 update . Microsoft has stopped the shipping of update due to the problem. On Friday Microsoft said that the malicious software is to be blamed. We are still investigating other possibilities. Hope Microsoft will fix the issue soon.
