Yeah got an idea of of how to save yourself from email bombing but still can you provide me how to do it?

what do you mean by bombing ?
like spamming ?
cause if so , just use a good email like yhaoo or gmail.

Trying to read and understand it from the website would help you at all. Take a print out of it, read it a few times and you will slowly but steadily comprehend it

However, they may be important at times as registration feedback and activation mails are sent to spam mails and the user who are not acquainted and keep deleting spam mails also end up deleting such important mails.
