use these softwares


switch sound converter NCH free one( it also has a paid version)
nero 9 wav editor (thanks NRN KILL for that) you can change your file to .wma 48 kbps which makes a file of size 6 mb to 1.5 mb..

in switch converter change mp3 to windows media 10 wma sound 48 kbps and stereo... you are done.. you can sit or sleep and convert multiple files with this , with no big sound quality loss.
