    Smile Windows 7 Degrading problem

    Hello,
I had Windows 7 installed on my pc.
Due to some reasons, I installed Win xp on another drive without formatting the Windows 7 drive.
NOw the PC directly boots to Win XP without showing the dual boot option.

I want my Windows 7 back in the dual boot option.

    Is it possible?

Boot from CD > Start up repair

    This will work. Try it.

But this will corrupt the boot file of XP. Since Windows Vista and 7 use BCD edit.
See this Windows no longer starts after you install an earlier version of the Windows operating system in a dual-boot configuration

Since you don't have Windows 7 setup DVD, please create a system repair disc for Windows 7 as soon as possible.
    Congrats.
