Hey guys who all have legit windows copies??
I dint want to buy but Computer manufacturer's Forcibly made me take OEM stuff

(btw even Anti-piracy guys have pirated windows copies)

I agree that Windows is overpriced but a lot of work has gone into making it. At least for that they deserve our money.
For your question I have been using legal Windows since I have started working on computers.

Microsoft dosent follow the policy of PPP(Purchasing power parity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

They cant simply convert dollars to rupees and sell it here
That way itll be to high for Indian people

I want to compare GTA4's pricing with WIN7
In GTA4's case the original copy costed 500 bucks
while the pirated one costed 400 bucks
So people preffered the original thing

A MacD burger in the US costs about 2dollars(cheapest)
So in india it should be 100rs
but It is 25 rupees in India
hence even poor people can eat at MacD

dude GTA4 Pritated cost here at Rs100 only..
as single dvd cost Rs25 and GTA4 is 4dvd so they charged me 100rs..

And one more thing, When we have Legit copy of any Software or OS or Games we can experience many features without any issue and we will be getting support from them too and More than this its like giving a small thanking for their Hardwork..

i have a legit copy of windows 98,windows XP,windows vista.soon i will get a legit copy of windows 7.

Even water isnt free here

Yeah the support thing always a good feature in Legit stuff
However people prefer upgrading their PC's instead of paying so high for software

I meant to say that things are so expensive and ppl have to buy water from tankers

I dont know whats a legal copy of windows. but in my all house, we have white expensive wood working.. all the furnitures and windows, frames all made up of "Deodar" hill wood...

and its also legal, so i can take nice sneaks in the neighbors and the girls too..

i wonder, what if every one had a legal copy of Windows .. were would Microsoft be ..!!!
