    Default Unlocking in windows 7

In Windows 7 when a computer is locked ,I could not unlock this computer with an administrator account.

In Windows XP, when a computer is locked, you see the message:
This computer is in use and has been locked
only DOMAIN\user or an administrator can unlock this computer

Is there a way to to this in Windows 7?

Thank u for ur quick response essbebe.

My actual is question is if a 'guest user' locks the computer how can the 'admin' unlock it when the 'switch user' is disabled.

This is possible in xp where the admin can use his domain/password to unnlock the pc

    Does not arise.
I have access to WINDOW 7 Professional O.S. will recheck next week.
Also when as "user" when you try to install any software, the "Administrator"
( or name used) window appears asking for Password.

Sorry. Tikona ( wimax ) type connection.
No use trying to change settings yourself.
Ask Tikona CC to provide for wifi connection to more than one system.
They may charge extra amount. Website claims that you can connect 4 systems.

By the way Google is/was using Ruckus model for their experimental wifi network ( in U.S) and all details I got from their website.
