    Google search : Windows 7 ultimate upgrade>
Compare, buy Windows 7 software from Microsoft Store

Check the additional facilities which are available. (5)

You have to see what additional facilities you get by upgrade.
For a normal Home user whether these facilities are needed >

    Additional facilities:

(a)Run many Windows XP productivity programs in Windows XP Mode.

(b)Connect to company networks easily and more securely with Domain Join.

(c)In addition to full-system Backup and Restore found in all editions,
you can back up to a home or business network.

(d)Help protect data on your PC and portable storage devices
against loss or theft with BitLocker.

(e)Work in the language of your choice and switch between any of 35 languages.
