Default Windows XP 64BIt Systems stops proceeding at acpitabl.dat

Experts advice needed my Windows XP 64BIt Systems stops proceeding at acpitabl.dat

Here is brief what exactly happened to get clear idea, I have dual boot system Windows XP64 bit & Windows 7 64bit. For some reason i have connected another sata drive unplugging connections of dvd-rw drive. It runs smoothly without any problem.but after that when i reconnected my system as it is...the problem start with windows XP, while booting it stops at acpitabl.dat didn't go further...I can login in to Windows 7 without any problem only i am not able to use Windows XP. Both systems are installed
on different drives WinXp on Disk(0)Partition(1) Windows7 on Disk(0)Partition(1).

I didn't get any solution from last 2 days,so please anyone experts here.

It is a Hard Drive error the system can't find the boot drive. In my friends case he had to re-install windows..

P.S. In case of a stalled screen like I saw once you may wait 10 mins (by not doing a thing) it may auto reboot.(Not in XP 64 bit but in Server 2003,May or may not work in ur case).
