Default Do gpedit.msc dosen't work for winxp home edition?

I use the command gpedit.msc in mini Notebook of acer to speedup the internet connection. when I run the command gpedit.msc to set the windows reserved bandwidth as used in winXP prof sp2 it dosen't open by run command. shows that the file not exist. Then how can I open the Group Policy Editor in WinXP Home Edition.?? or is there any other way to speed up the connection.

Don't try the 20% bandwidth reserved bug. It is fake. I myself tried once. No change in speed. In fact if you try that, it may corrupt your update.

Try Tuneup utilities. It can do all the cleaning and customization. I am using it. Very handy tool.
