From Google search : win7 sleep mode not OK.
Troubleshooting: Windows 7 not going into sleep mode? | Computer Safety Tip
Control Panel/ view *Large Icons/Power options etc.
I solved the problem. My wireless usb keyboard and mouse were the culprits.I went to device manager and unchecked the setting "allow this device to wake up the computer from sleep mode " and now my system goes to sleep. For waking it up from sleep mode,I have to press the power button.
By the way,Thank you very much essbebe for instant help.
Checked Device Manager.WIN7 Pro
does not list the option you have mentioned.
