    Try this

    Start > run > %appdata%/utorrent <<copy paste

Select the torrent (If you haven't deleted it from root)

start in utorrent>> right click>> remove and delete torrent + data

    Boot scan will be preferable

As per suggestion downloaded KNOPPIX as a RAR file. After extractingf it it create a yellow folder of 3.43 GB.

In RAR file extension shows that it is .iso file but after extracting it it gives yellow folder and no .iso file with cd icon.

Now what to do and how to use it.

No need to extract it. Simply reinstall Nero. Now you can see the file as iso image file. Double click it, write into a CD and restart the system. Knoppix will load. You will be directed to a window just like Windows desktop. Here you can see your disc drives. Open the folder which cannot be deleted. Delete it.

Now shutdown and when the menu prompts, remove the disc. Thats all.

    Boot from cd using bios...

And use the explorer to get to that folder and delete it.

I think you burned the CD as iso image. You need to write it as bootable disc. For that, simply double click the image and it will be burned automatically if you have Nero in your system. Once it is just like a bootable CD, simply insert the disc and restart the PC. It will automatically load. You will end up with a desktop like scene from where you can browse to the folder and delete it. After finishing you can just log out as in Windows and later take the CD when prompted.

    PS: Hope you tried Wordweb.

presume you cannot move one by one each folder or all of them at one shot.l
    ( say about 40)
    (3) Take at random one folder and post the properties.
File size read onlyArchive/file size/ opens with/ etc.

search the folder name in windows registry
type regedit in run and press enter
then search for the folder name.
if there are any keys then delete those keys.

also check for the foldername/its contents names in taskmanager's processes list and end the tasks

check for any such processes in startup using "msconfig" in run and selecting startup.if anything found then uncheck the entry ad retart the system.

if neither of them works then use live cd's like ubuntu/kubuntu and delete the folder.
