Try if you can install Avast and perform a boot time scan.

Try CA Yahoo Antispy (comes free with Yahoo Toolbar)

If nothing works, format your OS drive and reinstall.

Remove LAN card and CD drive and check. May be some hardware error.

describe exactly which blue screen error you are getting like error code, error description(e.g.driver_irq_less_or_equal etc).

most probably, this is a RAM issue. The RAM in your computer may have developed some sort of issue.

clean RAM slots with a blowing balloon,
try using same ram chip in another slot on the motherboard,
in case u have more than one ram chip, interchange the slots,
try using only one ram chip, etc.

generally BSOD while OS installation is a sign of a faulty RAM

Google for memtest. You should be able to find a bootable-CD version to test your memory*. Also there is something called 'ultimate boot cd' which I haven't tried, but has a few diagnostics.

Easier to suggest google than posting links here!

*but, if you can't even do that, I guess you need a hardware engineer.
