Did you try disabling Avast ? Are you able to execute them then ? It seems you system is infected. Better run a scan.

please don't use Avast as it causes most of the BSOD's.

Using Avast since a year. Not a single BSOD yet. But if you are facing problems with it (which is rare), better switch to Avira or similar.

Kaspersky is very cheap. That is why I thought may be a genuine version.

It is not wise to use cracked AV. More risk than using patches / keygen for local programs.

    Ya, great feature

We cannot choose. It will open suspected programs in sandbox automatically.

Ya. If any program behaves suspiciously it will automatically activate sandbox. So no effect will occurs on systems files or other system settings. It is just like a bomb box.

kaspersky also has a sandbox feature called safe run but you have to select it manually.no av can detect suspicious software with 100% accuracy so it is always recommended to use a good & updated AV along with sandbox like softwares.also AVs can not protect you against virus/malware/sites which exploit operating system vulnerabilities which is the reason why you should always install the critical security fixes for your OS as soon as they are released.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

sometimes i just am thinking.. people have so much trust on these anti-virus companies.. but why?
    1. who makes viruses and why, and who funds him?? virus making and spreading no fun i guess..
    2. how can i trust a software, a section of which runs an updater everyday.. god knows they are giving me or taking information and stuff from my computer..
    3. are there any International organizations (except ICANN) to monitor anti-virus companies and their work?? do they do everyday and everytime?
so the whole stuff is working on mere trust and reviews mentioned by a forum like this and its people.. mind it!! the updater channels are highly encrypted so you dont know what they are doing...

and at last they always say no anti-virus is 100% safety.. their TOIS is something funny to read after they advertise themselves as kings of antivirus..
Site from home gaya bhad mein... AIrtel se bolo FUP band kare.. BSNl se bolo 3G signal do!!!!>: (

cyber crime is a very booming market expected to reach 10's of billions in coming years.

we live in 21st century of connected world.if there is anything fishy going on in any AV rest assured it will be all over the internet in a matter of days.much more than what we can say about our govt which directly control our lives.

read my previous point.in recent years it was individuals who exposed names such as microsoft, apple, google, facebook, adobe & many more about some of their fishy practices.there are many qualified & knowledgeable persons in this world who can find out about anything fishy going on with major softwares/services.
